1. Services Provided
All 4 You Courier Solutions offers same-day, scheduled, and express courier delivery services for personal and business use. We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited or hazardous items, or deliveries outside our operational areas.

2. Customer Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information.
Ensure availability of the recipient at the delivery location.
Properly package items to prevent damage during transport.
Refrain from shipping prohibited or illegal items.

3. Delivery & Liability
We make every effort to deliver packages within the promised time window but cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen events (traffic, weather, etc.).
All 4 You Courier Solutions is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by improper packaging.
Delays due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
Items prohibited by law or improperly declared by the sender.
Our maximum liability for loss or damage, if proven to be our fault, is limited to the lesser of $100 or the value declared at the time of booking unless additional insurance is purchased.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements are made.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payments.
Late payments may incur additional charges and suspension of service.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations after dispatch may incur a partial charge.
Refunds for delayed or failed deliveries are evaluated case-by-case.

6. Prohibited Items
You may not ship the following items:
Hazardous materials or chemicals
Firearms or explosives
Illegal drugs or substances
Perishable goods without proper packaging
Cash, checks, or high-value negotiables

7. User Conduct
Customers and recipients must treat our couriers respectfully. Any abusive behavior, threats, or unlawful activity will result in service termination and potential legal action.

8. Changes to Terms
All 4 You Courier Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
